Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MacroBoarding, a product of Sakamoto Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
MacroBoarding generates and serves in-app onboarding for your product and measures its effect. It is in beta: features may change, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service or its infrastructure.
2. Your content and your users
You own your onboarding content and knowledge-base data. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it to run the service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to send us your end users' data, and for telling them about it.
3. AI-generated drafts
Drafts are suggestions. Review them before publishing; you are responsible for what you publish.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use MacroBoarding to deceive users, collect credentials, distribute malware, or overload our systems.
5. Keys
Keep your secret key secret. Activity made with your keys is your responsibility; rotate a key you believe is exposed.
6. Fees
The service is free during beta. We will give notice before introducing fees, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sakamoto Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your projects at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. Changes and law
We may update these terms with notice. They are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
